As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust technical solutions that align with Mastercard's stringent standards and best practices. You will collaborate closely with product managers and architects on defining products, technical designs, and overseeing development efforts.

Key contributions include delivering solutions within a scrum team, creating essential design documents, and developing proofs of concept. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. A strong foundation in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Oracle SQL development is essential.

Proficiency in UNIX and familiarity with cloud-native development platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry are highly valued.
