Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services, microservices, and cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot. Design and implement agent-driven workflows and AI-powered automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities into engineering processes. We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale software solutions and leading cross-functional engineering initiatives. Expertise in building cloud-native and distributed systems at scale is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include Java (8+ years), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, API Lifecycle Management, Distributed Systems, and Kubernetes. Experience with ETL Frameworks, Data Pipelines, Batch Processing, Real-Time Processing, Data Modelling, Data Lake Architectures, and Analytics Platforms is also crucial. Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases is required. Experience with Kafka, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code is essential. Strong knowledge of security principles including OAuth2, JWT, Secure API Development, Secure SDLC, and Authentication & Authorization is mandatory.
