As a Lead Software Engineer, you will spearhead software engineering initiatives, ensuring the development and delivery of advanced software solutions. This role involves researching innovative technical approaches to meet evolving business requirements and guaranteeing daily team activities align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will lead major projects and complex assignments, focusing on creating high-impact, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions with accelerated time-to-market. Your responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical partners to identify opportunities, assess value and ROI, and manage risks and constraints. Contributing to the overall strategy and managing intricate issues within your expertise are key aspects of this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience, is required. We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally including 5 to 8 years delivering secure solutions within the Financial Services Sector.

Advanced knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is essential. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship building. The ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, manage multiple concurrent activities, and work effectively within a diverse, geographically distributed team is crucial.
