As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting secure, scalable, and reliable solutions for globally recognized customer-facing products. You will champion technical excellence, foster innovation, and mentor development teams while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing secure authentication products like ID Check, Token Authentication Service, and Token Authentication Framework. You will actively participate in the agile development lifecycle, contribute to architectural design, and drive prioritization decisions.
This hands-on role involves writing code, creating tests, and collaborating on architecture. You will also lead initiatives to improve customer experience, conduct technical interviews, and consult across teams to identify synergy and reuse opportunities, ultimately elevating the craft of Software Engineering.
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing full-stack solutions for large-scale enterprise platforms. Expertise in Java microservices, modern UI/UX frameworks (React, Angular), Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle), and event-driven architectures is essential.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred. A strong understanding of application security principles, including encryption, PKI, JWTs, OAuth, and OIDC, is crucial.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in designing for non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and availability. Excellent communication skills, the ability to operate under pressure, adapt to change, and drive technical discussions are key. Experience with agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices is expected.
