As a hands-on technical leader, you will design and operate highly scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native platforms. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions supporting millions of financial interactions with the highest standards of reliability and operational excellence.

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of cloud-native infrastructure and platform services. Develop highly available and resilient solutions on AWS, utilizing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. Drive Kubernetes platform engineering, focusing on cluster architecture, performance, observability, and governance. Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient software delivery. Enhance platform reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency through automation and best practices.
Partner with application teams to establish platform standards and promote cloud-native technology adoption. Conduct technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance for strategic engineering initiatives. Participate actively in incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements. Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. We are looking for individuals with 6+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
Demonstrated experience designing and operating production workloads in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and building Infrastructure as Code with Terraform is essential. Strong proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments is also a must. Experience developing automation using Python, Go, or Bash, and a solid understanding of cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, and connectivity architectures are critical. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud security controls, identity management, and supporting production systems with operational on-call experience is expected. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are vital for success.
