As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, and development of cutting-edge microservices. You will build and own full-stack applications and services using technologies like Angular, Java, and PCF, ensuring exceptional quality and security at scale. Your contributions will extend to participating in code reviews, submitting Pull Requests via Git, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including test engineers, TPMs, and PM-Ts.

Ensuring adherence to 12-factor app design principles and Mastercard's engineering best practices, including security, operations, and Enterprise Architecture, will be a key part of your role. You will help standardize, automate, and optimize digital payment efficiency for buyers and sellers within the B2B space.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals are essential. We are seeking candidates with strong leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with experience in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular. Proficiency in building applications using Java and PCF, along with experience in storage technologies like PostgreSQL or Oracle, is required.

Exposure to automated testing and continuous delivery models using Git is necessary.
