Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for multiple software engineering teams and functional areas.

Drive the development and delivery of best-of-breed authentication products for e-commerce, ensuring high quality, security, and scalability.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, create, and evaluate technical solution alternatives.

Ensure adherence to development and testing standards, quality assurance processes, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, including significant technical leadership and architectural experience.

Mandatory experience with Agile methodologies and AI native software engineering, including LLM experience and AI native SDLC/PDLC.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnits, and web services, with experience in cloud-based application development (PCF, Azure, etc.) and microservices.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage departmental budgets, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
