As a Service Architect, you will spearhead end-to-end product development for Switching Solutions. This includes full-stack development leveraging microservices, messaging/event-driven frameworks, and CI/CD within a cloud-native environment (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).

Key responsibilities involve ensuring quality, performance, and information security benchmarks are met. You will guide and mentor development teams, train them on necessary technologies, and foster effective communication across global teams. Leading initiatives to enhance automation, defect metrics, and overall quality, along with conducting proofs-of-concept, are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on technologist with exceptional Object-Oriented Design and clean programming skills in Java, adhering to SOLID design principles for scalable components. A passion for emerging technologies, particularly Event-Driven Architecture and modern caching/persistence mechanisms, is essential.

Proven experience in product development using Digital Native Architecture, the Spring Boot framework, and cloud technologies (ideally Pivotal Cloud Foundry) within an Agile (SAFe) environment is required. Candidates should possess the ability to analyze business needs and conceptualize cutting-edge technical solutions. Extensive experience in developing real-time online application features, robust communication, and stakeholder management skills are also vital.
