Our mission is to help individuals, financial institutions, governments, and businesses achieve their greatest potential through innovative solutions and a strong commitment to our core values.
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end product development for our Transaction Stream payment networks. This role involves creating innovative solutions, designing for functional and performance requirements, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies in a cloud-native environment.
As a Development Lead, you will guide the delivery of end-to-end product development for Transaction Stream payment networks. This includes crafting solutions and designs that meet stringent functional and performance requirements.
You will engage in full-stack development using microservices, messaging/event-driven frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines within a cloud-native environment (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, EKS). Ensuring quality, performance, info security, and other non-functional requirements are met is paramount.
This role involves mentoring and guiding development teams, training them on necessary technologies, and fostering effective communication and coordination across global teams. You will lead initiatives to enhance automation, improve defect metrics, and drive overall quality, while also conducting proofs-of-concept for technological and business needs. The lead will be responsible for selecting appropriate tools, technologies, and patterns for service implementation.
We are looking for a highly skilled technologist with robust Object-Oriented Design and clean programming expertise, particularly using Java Spring/Spring Boot frameworks and SOLID design principles to build reusable, scalable components.
A passion for emerging technologies, especially Event Driven Architecture and modern caching/persistence mechanisms, is essential. You should possess strong experience in product development within a Digital Native Architecture, using the Spring Boot framework and cloud technologies (preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry) in an Agile (SAFe) Development Environment.
Key capabilities include the ability to analyze, conceptualize, and create cutting-edge technical solutions aligned with business needs, alongside extensive experience in developing real-time online application features. Result-orientation, a drive to learn and promote AI tools for productivity, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
We value candidates who can effectively coordinate and organize efforts across multiple stakeholders and vendors globally. A solid understanding of, and experience working within, an Agile (SAFe) environment is required.
