As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop a variety of applications, including transaction processing, analytics, user interfaces, and APIs, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in big data, distributed systems, and machine learning. You will deliver high-performing, scalable software solutions for top global brands with speed and agility.

Key responsibilities include: - Owning complex problems with cross-service dependencies and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration. - Driving prioritization decisions and trade-offs with product partners. - Automating and simplifying all aspects of software delivery and development. - Introducing new technologies and architectural patterns in alignment with enterprise guidelines. - Providing development and architecture guidance to team members.

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Java and Spring, along with expertise in AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code. A strong understanding of messaging systems like Kafka and event-driven architecture is essential.

Essential qualifications include: - Familiarity with secure coding standards (OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT) and vulnerability management. - Proficiency in Application Programming Interface (API) standards and cataloging. - Ability to estimate non-functional requirements, including security, regulatory, and performance aspects. - Experience with various application patterns (APIs, event-driven, batch, web, big data). - Skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for multi-tier distributed systems. - A collaborative approach, with the ability to mentor junior team members and build strong partnerships across organizations.
