Analyze field performance data, service metrics, and Voice of Customer inputs to identify areas for improvement. Translate operational challenges into actionable product and process enhancement initiatives, and provide support for strategic customer escalations as needed.

Champion continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives within service engineering and product support. Establish standard work, key metrics, and best practices for all service integration activities. Identify opportunities to reduce service costs while concurrently enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing product uptime.
