You will be instrumental in leading test planning and execution, collaborating closely with development teams, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and compliant software. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape the quality assurance strategy for cutting-edge technological advancements.

Define and manage the QA strategy and test approach for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts throughout the SDLC. Conduct various testing types including functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Validate data integrity within Dataverse/Databricks, Power Automate flows, and security configurations. Design and execute sophisticated conversation test scenarios for AI-driven chatbots, focusing on context, ambiguity, and error handling. Perform rigorous regression testing for AI bot behavior following updates and configuration changes. Execute API tests for REST services and Azure ML endpoints using tools like Postman and JMeter. Test data integrations and pipelines involving Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, and Dataverse. Plan and conduct performance and load tests, utilizing JMeter for traffic simulation and report generation. Identify, document, and track defects meticulously using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Communicate test progress, risks, and release readiness to all stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. Contribute to the advancement of QA best practices and the development of reusable test assets and automation frameworks.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Proven hands-on experience testing Power Automate workflows and data-intensive applications. Solid working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies, including NLU and multi-turn flow handling. Strong grasp of software testing principles, including test design, execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting. Experience with API testing (REST) using Postman or scripted validation (Python is preferred). Demonstrated experience in performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner, including analysis and reporting. Ability to validate AI/ML outputs and collaborate with data teams on statistical checks and model behavior. Basic understanding of designing prompts and edge cases to evaluate AI agent behavior. Experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts for API testing, regression suites, and chat flow validation. Proficiency in building automated validation for chatbot responses using pattern matching, similarity scoring, and semantic validation where applicable.
