Join our team as a QA Engineer specializing in Functional and Automation testing for innovative solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of these applications, including complex data integrations and AI/ML features. This hybrid role involves leading test strategy and execution for low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI, working collaboratively with development, data science, and business teams.

- Define and uphold comprehensive QA strategies, test approaches, and coverage for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. - Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. - Conduct thorough functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Ensure robust traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and release cycles. - Validate critical components like Dataverse tables, Power Automate flows, security, and data integrity rules. - Design and execute test scenarios for conversational AI, focusing on context, ambiguity, and error recovery. - Perform regression testing on AI bot behavior after updates to configurations, connectors, or models. - Execute API testing for REST services and Azure ML endpoints using tools like Postman. - Test data integrations and pipelines involving Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, and Dataverse. - Plan and conduct performance and load tests for workflows and APIs, utilizing JMeter for traffic simulation and reporting. - Identify, document, and track defects meticulously using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. - Communicate test status, risks, and readiness for release to all stakeholders. - Partner with developers, data scientists, and product owners to refine acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. - Contribute to advancing QA best practices and developing reusable test assets and automation frameworks.

- Possess 3+ years of dedicated QA/testing experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions. - Demonstrate hands-on experience testing Power Automate workflows and data-centric applications. - Have practical knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. - Be familiar with Copilot Studio or other chatbot testing methodologies (NLU, multi-turn flows, fallback handling). - Exhibit a strong grasp of software testing principles, including test design, execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting. - Gain experience with API testing (REST) using Postman or scripted validation (Python is preferred). - Acquire hands-on experience in performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner, including analysis and reporting. - Show the ability to validate AI/ML outputs and collaborate with data teams on statistical checks and model behavior. - Understand the basics of designing prompts and identifying edge cases to evaluate AI agent performance. - Develop and maintain automation scripts for API testing, regression suites, and chatbot flow validation. - Build automated validation for chatbot responses using pattern matching, similarity scoring, and semantic validation where applicable.
