Join our dynamic team as a QA Engineer focused on Functional and Automation testing, specializing in solutions built with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, performance, reliability, and compliance of our low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI experiences.

You will collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver robust and innovative solutions. The position is based in Chennai and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the QA strategy and test approach for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. You will create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts across all SDLC phases. This involves performing various types of testing, including functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end.

Further duties involve validating data integrations, Power Automate flows, and conversational AI scenarios. You will conduct API testing using tools like Postman/JMeter and perform performance and load tests. Defect tracking and communication of test status, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders are also integral to this role.

We are looking for a candidate with over 3 years of QA experience, including 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. A strong foundation in testing Power Automate workflows and data-centric applications is essential.

Required expertise includes working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies is necessary. You should possess a solid understanding of software testing principles, API testing with Postman/scripted validation (Python preferred), and hands-on performance testing experience with JMeter/LoadRunner.
