Seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our Testing Automation team. This role focuses on enhancing our 'Engineering as a Service' and 'Operate' functions through robust automation strategies. You will be instrumental in driving quality and efficiency across our software development lifecycle.

Develop and maintain advanced automation test frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Cypress, incorporating BDD principles with Cucumber. Build and execute API automation tests with Rest Assured, ensuring seamless integration. Perform thorough data validation and SQL-based testing, including data pipeline quality checks.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and conduct a comprehensive range of test types, including unit, integration, API, smoke, system, and performance testing. Manage test data, planning, and execution across complex data and cloud environments, leveraging tools like Oracle, SQL Server, and ETL tools.

Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to boost testing efficiency. Collaborate effectively within an agile team, working closely with developers, data engineers, and product owners to deliver exceptional results.

A minimum of 7 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer is required. Demonstrated strong proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Cypress, and Java. Experience with API automation using Rest Assured and robust API testing, including Postman scripting and collection automation.

Proficiency in SQL queries and data validation across relational databases is essential. Experience with Azure and/or AWS ecosystems, along with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and in-sprint test automation. Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and data warehouse architectures is expected.

Possess a proven ability to manage QA deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to release. Strong experience in both test automation and hands-on manual QA is crucial. Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools is a plus.

Experience in agile delivery teams and the ability to lead and mentor offshore QA engineers are key. Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, documentation, and presentation skills are vital. Demonstrate the capability to provide clear and structured project and quality updates to management.
