Join our team as a QA Engineer, focusing on ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions built with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role involves testing low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and performant solutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to validate data integrations and AI/ML-enabled features. Your expertise will be crucial in leading test planning and execution across various components, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance.

Define and implement QA strategies and test approaches for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts throughout the SDLC. Conduct various testing types, including functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and releases for robust quality management. Validate Dataverse tables/entities, Power Automate flows, security roles, and data integrity rules. Design and execute conversation test scenarios for multi-turn context and ambiguity handling. Perform regression testing for AI bot behavior after configuration or model updates. Conduct API testing for REST services and Azure ML endpoints using tools like Postman. Test data integrations and pipelines involving Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, and Dataverse. Plan and execute performance and load tests for workflows and APIs using JMeter. Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira. Communicate test status, risks, and release readiness to all stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

A minimum of 3 years of QA experience, with 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, is required. Demonstrate hands-on experience testing Power Automate workflows and data-centric applications. Possess working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies, including NLU and multi-turn flows, is essential. Exhibit a strong understanding of software testing principles, including test design, execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting. Experience with API testing (REST) using Postman or scripted validation (Python preferred) is necessary. Hands-on performance testing experience with JMeter or LoadRunner, including analysis and reporting, is required. Ability to validate AI/ML outputs and collaborate with data teams on statistical checks is expected. Develop and maintain automation scripts for API testing, regression suites, and chatbot validation. Build automated validation for chatbot responses using pattern matching and semantic validation techniques.
