Seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, reliability, and compliance of solutions developed with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role involves leading test planning and execution for low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI, collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

The focus will be on testing data integrations and AI/ML features within these platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.

Define and maintain the QA strategy and test approach for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts across the SDLC. Perform various testing types including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests, ensuring traceability from requirements to defects.

Key duties include validating Dataverse, Power Automate flows, security, and data integrity. Design and execute conversation test scenarios for chatbots, handling multi-turn contexts and ambiguity. Test API integrations, Azure ML endpoints, and data pipelines. Plan and conduct performance and load tests using JMeter, analyzing results and producing reports. Identify and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira, and communicate test status and risks to stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of QA experience, with 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, is required. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Power Automate workflows, data-centric applications, and familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. Experience with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies, including NLU and fallback handling, is essential.

Strong knowledge of software testing principles and API testing using Postman is necessary. Proven experience in performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner, including analysis, is also required. The ability to validate AI/ML outputs and collaborate with data teams on statistical checks is crucial. Development and maintenance of automation scripts for API, regression, and chat flow validation are key responsibilities. Experience with Python automation and tools like Selenium is highly desirable.
