Seeking a Lead Senior Associate with extensive ServiceNow expertise to join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team. This role focuses on implementing and managing critical risk management solutions across various locations. Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM applications. Design and configure technical aspects of ServiceNow, including workflows, APIs, and integrations. Develop and maintain Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, and other platform components. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to define user stories and propose optimal solutions.

Drive the creation of UI mock-ups and adopt a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and customers. Manage ServiceNow platform deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Design and develop scoped applications and product automations. Cultivate strong product knowledge and pursue ServiceNow certifications. Prioritize workloads and consistently meet project deadlines.

A minimum of [X] years of overall and relevant ServiceNow experience is required, with a strong focus on implementing IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM. Demonstrated technical proficiency in ServiceNow, including workflow design, APIs, web services, and integrations. Hands-on experience configuring key platform components such as Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer is essential.

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform management, including deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Experience in designing, configuring, and developing product automations and integrations. Skilled in the development of scoped applications and adept at prioritizing and managing workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and documentation skills are a must, along with a proven track record of delivering at least 2-3 projects from inception to go-live.
