Join our dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Engineer, specializing in Apex Development. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and delivering robust, high-quality features that enhance our Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a passion for creating scalable, maintainable code.

Key responsibilities include developing advanced Apex for FSL entities, building enterprise-grade LWCs for user interfaces, and implementing integrations with various systems using REST/SOAP and Platform Events.

You will customize and extend FSL Core functionalities, engineer custom scheduling and optimization logic, and implement Omni-Channel routing. A significant part of the role involves troubleshooting complex failures across integrated systems, optimizing performance for large data volumes, and creating reusable code frameworks.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tests, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality. Creating design documentation, including data models and integration specifications, is also a core part of this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required, along with a Salesforce PD1 certification.

Candidates should possess 7-9 years of hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and various APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk). A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, and FSL architecture is essential.

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, building scalable data and security models, and middleware products is highly valued. Familiarity with AI-powered development practices, prompt engineering, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is also expected. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for translating business needs into technical solutions.
