Design and build well-tested features, upholding high standards for code quality and maintainability. Develop advanced Apex for Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, and FSL entities. Create enterprise-grade LWCs for dispatcher consoles, technician mobile UIs, and service timeline components. Implement robust integrations using REST/SOAP and Platform Events with CTI, IVR, scheduling engines, and ERP systems. Customize and extend FSL Core functionalities, including Service Resources, Territories, Skills, Shifts, Work Types, and Maintenance Plans. Engineer custom scheduling and optimization logic using FSL APIs to manage travel time, capacity, and load balancing. Implement Omni Channel routing, presence, and assignment rules with Apex/LWC support. Troubleshoot complex scheduling, mobile sync, routing, and dispatch failures across integrated systems. Optimize Apex, SOQL, and asynchronous processing for high volumes of cases, work orders, and appointments. Develop reusable Apex frameworks, utility classes, LWC helpers, and test data factories. Deliver high-quality unit and integration tests, supporting CI/CD pipelines for FSL releases. Utilize AI-assisted coding tools like Salesforce Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. Create comprehensive design documentation, including data models, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce PD1 certification is required. Possess 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, including design and management. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, and Salesforce FSL architecture and capabilities. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Copado and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline optimization. Experience building scalable data models, security models, and complex technical solutions. Experience with middleware products for integration is beneficial. Familiarity with AI-powered development practices, prompt engineering, and smart coding accelerators. Experience working in a Scrum/Agile development environment. Must be self-driven, capable of handling ambiguity, and managing escalations effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical direction and clearly set expectations.
