Spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive manual and automated test plans for full-stack React applications. Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript. Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across UI and API layers. Validate complex business workflows and cross-system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution. Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance test case generation, failure analysis, and test data coverage. Analyze defect patterns to drive quality improvements and reduce recurring issues. Recommend strategic test enhancements based on trends and risk assessments. Contribute to automation framework evolution, advocating for best practices and reusable components. Log, track, and prioritize defects collaboratively with development teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required, complemented by 7-9 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering. A solid grasp of software testing fundamentals, quality assurance principles, and engineering best practices is essential. Proven hands-on experience building and executing Playwright automation using TypeScript/JavaScript is a must. You should be adept at validating React applications, REST APIs, and backend data structures. Demonstrated ability to test large, enterprise-scale web applications with intricate integrations is crucial. Familiarity with AI-assisted testing or LLM-based quality workflows is beneficial. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, coupled with experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams, are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected. Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics domain is considered an advantage.
