Make strategic technology adoption decisions, such as Java version migrations and module system implementation. Design scalable API client architecture patterns and define exception hierarchies for intelligent error handling. Architect token management systems for concurrent profiles and background refresh scheduling. Drive dependency management strategies across modules with varying Java version requirements.

Architect shared npm packages for multi-repo consumption, defining TypeScript framework patterns and making key technology choices like Playwright over other alternatives. Design internal package publishing strategies and define module boundaries. Architect the configuration system for efficient environment loading and secret management. Design and maintain shared Playwright infrastructure packages, publishing to internal registries. Define repository architecture for clarity and maintainability.
