Collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Data teams is key to establishing best-in-class testing standards and automation solutions.

Spearhead data quality strategy, architecture, and automation. Design and implement advanced testing frameworks for both batch and streaming data. Guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of vast data platforms. Establish clear quality standards, robust monitoring, and CI/CD practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, testable solutions. Manage data quality programs from inception to completion. Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and champion engineering excellence. Evaluate and integrate tools to boost automation, coverage, and system observability. Support Agile methodologies and provide technical direction on multiple projects. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and overall quality.

A strong background in Data Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Testing is essential. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for validating large datasets. Possess hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, or Airflow. Showcase a proven ability to build and scale automated data testing frameworks. Experience in devising quality strategies for intricate data pipelines is crucial. Exhibit excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Previous experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers is required. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud-based data environments is beneficial. Knowledge of data quality tools like Great Expectations or Deequ is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is expected.
