We are seeking a dynamic Lead Senior Associate for our Project Management Office (PMO) in Pune. This role is integral to driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within our Engineering as a Service and Operate functions.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the operating cadence for leadership forums, ensuring clear communication, tracking actions, and facilitating decisions. You will create executive-level dashboards and reports, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Additionally, you'll act as the operational engine for vendor innovation, supporting the disciplined progression of ideas from conception to implementation. You will also champion data governance, establish repeatable processes, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate possesses 6-9 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics. A strong track record of independently navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environments with minimal supervision is essential.

Proven experience supporting senior leaders and executive decision-making forums is required. Familiarity with data, analytics, or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is expected. Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving is crucial for success in this role.
