Join our Project Management Office (PMO) team as a Lead Senior Associate, focusing on Engineering as a Service and Operate functions. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead leadership forums, develop insightful executive reporting, and manage vendor innovation pipelines. You will be key in enhancing data governance, optimizing processes through automation, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include managing the operating cadence for leadership forums, which involves crafting agendas, distributing pre-reads, tracking actions, and logging decisions. You will develop executive-ready dashboards and narratives that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Additionally, you will serve as the operational lead for vendor innovation initiatives, guiding them from conception to implementation. Supporting data governance, you'll establish repeatable processes and validation controls to ensure accurate, single-source-of-truth reporting. A significant aspect of this role involves identifying inefficient processes and designing automated or AI-enabled solutions to boost speed and scalability.

Proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and opportunities with clear options and next steps is crucial. The role also demands adaptability to new challenges, taking ownership from problem definition through to solution delivery.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics. A proven track record of operating independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal supervision is essential.

Strong experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level governance forums is required. Familiarity with data, analytics, or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL is necessary. Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving is expected.

Demonstrated ability to connect data, context, and strategy to achieve desired outcomes is a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs, alongside hands-on experience with dashboards, automation tools, and global stakeholder management.
