Join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) as a Lead Senior Associate in Chennai. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our Engineering as a Service/Operate division. You'll manage the rhythm of leadership forums, transform data into actionable insights, and spearhead innovation initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape processes, implement automation, and influence strategic outcomes within a forward-thinking organization.

Orchestrate leadership forums, managing agendas, pre-read materials, action items, and decisions. Develop executive-level dashboards and reports that clearly convey complex data insights and recommendations. Act as the operational backbone for vendor innovation projects, guiding them from concept to successful implementation. Support data governance and reporting by establishing robust processes and validation controls. Identify and automate inefficient processes to boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, offering clear solutions and next steps. Adapt swiftly to new challenges, taking ownership from problem definition through to solution delivery and ensuring alignment with business strategy.

We seek a seasoned professional with 6 to 9 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE, B.Tech), MCA, BCA, BSC, or MSC is required. Proven ability to thrive independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments is essential. Strong experience supporting senior leadership and executive governance forums is a must.

Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is critical, alongside strong analytical problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualization tools and certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable. Exposure to IT services, vendor management, finance, or enterprise transformation programs would be a significant advantage.
