Seeking a Senior Associate to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Chennai. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our Engineering as a Service and Operate functions.

You will be instrumental in managing leadership forums, developing insightful executive reports, and streamlining innovation initiatives. Your contributions will ensure disciplined execution from concept to deployment.

This position offers the opportunity to enhance processes through automation and AI, proactively manage risks, and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.

Manage the operational cadence for leadership forums, including agenda creation, pre-read distribution, action item tracking, and decision logging.

Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and compelling narratives that translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Act as the operational hub for vendor innovation initiatives, guiding projects from ideation through piloting and scaling.

Support data governance and reporting by establishing standardized processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting mechanisms.

Identify opportunities to automate manual or inefficient processes, leveraging AI to boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, presenting clear options and next steps.

Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or similar fields.

Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments with minimal supervision.

Proven experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level governance and decision-making processes.

Experience with data analytics, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL), and visualization is essential.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving techniques.

Must possess a strong ability to synthesize data, context, and strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
