Key responsibilities include managing the operating cadence for leadership forums, creating insightful executive-level reports and dashboards, and serving as the operational backbone for vendor innovation initiatives. You will also play a vital role in establishing robust data governance and reporting processes, identifying opportunities for process automation and AI integration, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.

This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, adapting quickly to new challenges, and taking ownership from problem definition through to solution delivery. You will be instrumental in improving speed, accuracy, and scalability across our operations.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics. A proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments with minimal supervision is essential.

Strong experience supporting senior leaders and executive governance forums, along with proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Demonstrated ability to connect data, context, and strategy to drive impactful outcomes is key. Preferred qualifications include exposure to IT services, vendor management, or enterprise transformation programs, and hands-on experience with automation and AI tools.
