Manage the operational cadence for leadership forums, including agenda creation, pre-read distribution, action item tracking, and decision logging.

Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and compelling narratives to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

Act as the operational backbone for vendor innovation initiatives, guiding them from ideation through piloting and scaling.

Support data governance and reporting by establishing robust, repeatable processes and validation controls for single-source-of-truth reporting.

Proactively identify and implement solutions for manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes, leveraging automation and AI to boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Anticipate and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing clear options and recommended next steps.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics.

Demonstrated capability to work autonomously in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with minimal oversight.

Proven experience supporting senior leadership and executive-level governance and decision-making processes.

Familiarity with data, analytics, or visualization tools and certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is essential.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving is required.
