Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) Sales and Service business processes. This pivotal role connects business operations like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Logistics, and Finance with technical delivery teams, ensuring scalable execution, seamless data flow, and automated workflows within SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise platforms.

This position is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional seeking to drive innovation and efficiency in critical business processes, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

Architect comprehensive SAP S/4HANA solutions for OTC processes, including sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, pricing, credit management, and billing, alongside service management modules for contracts, warranties, and field service. Translate complex business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders into clear Functional Design Documents and user stories. Define robust data flow, caching, and synchronization strategies between SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems like Salesforce and CPQ.

Configure SAP S/4HANA SD and related modules, design RICEFW objects, and collaborate with developers for their implementation. Lead integration testing, UAT, cutover planning, and data migration efforts. Drive optimization through SAP Fiori applications, identify process bottlenecks, and leverage automation and advanced analytics to streamline quote-to-cash and service lifecycles.

Possess over 8 years of extensive functional experience in SAP SD, OTC, and MM/PP, with a minimum of two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. Demonstrate deep expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, service contracts, warranty management, and repair processes. Proven experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, CPQ tools, PLM, and MES, along with familiarity with integration platforms like Workato.

Proficiency in writing functional specifications, reading ABAP code, and configuring SAP Fiori screens is essential. Strong stakeholder management, executive presentation skills, and experience leading hybrid development teams are also required. Exposure to SAP Subscription Billing, SAP Service Cloud, and modern automation frameworks is considered a plus.
