Seeking a seasoned SAP Materials Management (MM) & Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) Functional Lead to spearhead enterprise solution architecture and deployment. This pivotal role ensures high-performing procure-to-pay workflows, optimizes service parts inventory, and integrates planning with execution systems. You will act as the key functional expert connecting Supply Chain, Purchasing, Aftersales, Manufacturing, and IT.

Lead global design workshops, translating operational strategies into scalable SAP S/4HANA and eSPP solutions. Architect end-to-end processes including purchasing, inventory management, and service parts planning (forecasting, stock positioning, redistribution). Design robust data synchronization and middleware interfaces with SAP S/4HANA, eSPP, and connected enterprise platforms.

Perform hands-on SAP MM and eSPP configuration. Develop detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for RICEFW objects and guide technical teams. Lead integration testing, UAT, cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Optimize inventory turnover and fill rates by tuning eSPP algorithms. Implement SAP Fiori for modern inventory tracking and purchase order approvals. Drive continuous improvement and support cloud transformations, including S/4HANA upgrades.

Requires 8+ years of hands-on SAP MM/Procurement and SAP SPP/eSPP experience, with at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations or major supply chain transformations as a Lead.

Possess deep expertise in SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay, Master Data, Inventory Management) and strong domain knowledge in SAP eSPP (Forecasting, DRP, Deployment, Inventory Planning). Proven experience integrating SAP MM/eSPP with SD, PP, PM/CS, MES, PLM, and 3PL networks.

Proficiency in writing functional specs, reading/debugging ABAP, troubleshooting iDocs/BAPIs, and configuring SAP Fiori is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead global teams, manage offshore partners, and communicate effectively with executives.

Prior experience transitioning legacy SAP SPP to embedded eSPP in S/4HANA is preferred, as is familiarity with low-code/automation tools or AI-assisted forecasting. SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or Supply Chain Planning is a plus.
