We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM & eSPP Functional Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions for procurement, inventory management, and service parts planning within SAP S/4HANA. This pivotal role connects Supply Chain, Purchasing, Service Logistics, Manufacturing, and Enterprise IT to optimize procure-to-pay workflows and inventory levels.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency through advanced SAP functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP MM and eSPP, coupled with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.

Lead global design workshops to translate operational strategies into scalable SAP S/4HANA and eSPP solutions. Architect end-to-end processes including purchasing, inventory management, and service parts planning.

Design robust data synchronization and middleware interfaces. Perform hands-on configuration in SAP MM and SAP eSPP modules. Write detailed functional specifications and guide technical teams.

Lead integration testing, UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Optimize inventory turnover and service levels by tuning eSPP parameters. Drive continuous improvement and support cloud transformations.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP MM/Procurement and SAP SPP / eSPP is required, including at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations or major supply chain transformation projects as a Lead.

Demonstrate deep expertise in core SAP MM modules and strong domain knowledge in SAP eSPP. Proven experience integrating SAP MM and eSPP with execution modules, MES, PLM, and 3PL networks is essential.

Proficiency in writing functional specs, debugging ABAP, troubleshooting iDocs/BAPIs, and configuring Fiori user interfaces is expected. Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage offshore partners is crucial.
