Seeking a seasoned SAP Extended ECM for SuccessFactors Consultant with 7-9 years of IT experience, including 3-4 years focused on OpenText Extended ECM integrations. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex content management solutions that seamlessly connect OpenText xECM with SAP SuccessFactors.

Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of HR document lifecycle management and enterprise integration, ensuring efficient handling of employee records and related documentation. The position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic Engineering as a Service environment.

Key responsibilities include designing and configuring OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors solutions, managing document generation, storage, and archiving of employee records. You will integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) with OpenText xECM/Content Server, developing and maintaining workspace templates and Records Management classifications.

Your role will involve managing employee file structures, digital workflows for contracts and appraisals, and configuring metadata aligned with HR processes. Collaboration with HR and IT teams, system testing, deployment, and troubleshooting production issues are crucial. Ensuring data privacy compliance (GDPR, SOX) and preparing technical documentation are also vital aspects of this position.

We require a minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, with a strong emphasis on 3-4 years of direct experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and OpenText Content Server administration is essential.

Experience with Business Workspace configuration, Records Management, and integration frameworks like SFAPI, OData, SAP PI/PO, or CPI is expected. Familiarity with document generation tools, XML, XSLT, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly beneficial.
