Seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Sales & Service Functional Lead to drive the design and optimization of critical business processes within SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise systems. This pivotal role ensures seamless integration between business operations, including Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Finance, and technical delivery teams. You will be instrumental in creating scalable execution, fluid data orchestration, and automated workflows that enhance end-to-end sales and service delivery.

Spearhead the functional design and architecture for end-to-end OTC sales and service processes. Lead workshops to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional design documents and user stories. Architect robust solutions within SAP S/4HANA for sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, and service management. Define data flow strategies between SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems like Salesforce and CPQ. Configure SAP S/4HANA SD and other relevant modules. Collaborate on end-to-end system design and create specifications for RICEFW objects. Drive testing phases, including UAT, cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live support. Identify and implement SAP Fiori applications to modernize user experiences and leverage automation to resolve process bottlenecks.

Requires 8+ years of hands-on functional expertise in SAP SD, OTC, and related modules, with a strong track record of at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. Possess deep knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, service contracts, and warranty management. Proven experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, CPQ tools, PLM, and MES. Demonstrate technical aptitude by writing functional specifications, reading ABAP code, and configuring SAP Fiori. Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills are essential, along with experience leading hybrid development teams. Exposure to cloud integration platforms like CPI and tools like Workato is beneficial.
