- Regulatory Change Management: Monitor regulatory shifts, assess business impacts, maintain inventories, map requirements to controls, coordinate assessments, develop implementation plans, track execution, and escalate risks. - Jira Business Analyst: Partner with product owners to gather requirements, define user stories, manage Jira backlogs and workflows, apply Agile practices, support project management by tracking milestones and issues, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of professional experience in either Regulatory Change Management or as a Jira Business Analyst. For the Regulatory Change role, a deep understanding of regulatory developments, industry standards, and compliance expectations is crucial. For the Business Analyst role, proficiency in Jira, Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and user story definition is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required for both positions. The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite environment in Bengaluru is a must.
