Seeking an experienced Triage Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for maintaining the health and performance of our Storage Area Network (SAN) environments.

You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving complex issues within our SAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Take ownership of SAN environment issues, performing in-depth analysis of logs from various SAN components to identify root causes.

Conduct detailed analysis of Fibre Channel (FC) traces and protocols to diagnose connectivity and performance problems.

Analyze logs across servers, switches, and storage arrays to correlate issues and develop effective solutions.

Demonstrated experience in SAN troubleshooting and effective issue triage.

Proficiency in understanding Fibre Channel (FC) protocols and performing FC trace analysis.

Proven ability to analyze logs from diverse system components including servers, switches, and storage arrays.

Familiarity with device drivers, firmware, and the architecture of system components is essential. C programming knowledge is a plus.
