Seeking an experienced Triage Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on maintaining the health and performance of Storage Area Network (SAN) environments.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues within critical infrastructure.

This is a full-time, onsite position within the Engineering as a Service/Operate domain.

As a Triage Engineer, you will be responsible for the critical task of identifying and resolving issues within our SAN environment. This involves in-depth analysis of logs from various SAN components to pinpoint root causes.

You will also conduct detailed analysis of Fibre Channel (FC) traces and protocols to understand network traffic and potential bottlenecks. Furthermore, you will perform comprehensive log analysis across servers, switches, and storage arrays to ensure seamless operation.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining system stability and performance.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAN troubleshooting and issue triage is essential for this role. You should possess a solid understanding of Fibre Channel (FC) protocols and be adept at FC trace analysis.

Proficiency in analyzing logs from servers, switches, and storage arrays is a core requirement. A strong grasp of device drivers, firmware, and system component architectures is also necessary.

While not mandatory, knowledge of C programming will be considered a significant advantage.
