Key responsibilities include developing and engineering solutions within an Agile framework, collaborating to meet sprint goals, and writing high-quality code. You will contribute to the design and documentation of enterprise applications, leveraging the latest technologies and software design patterns. Additionally, you will utilize AI tools to enhance development efficiency and maintain awareness of emerging AI trends. Effectively troubleshooting complex coding and performance challenges, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing defect resolutions are also core to this role.

Further responsibilities involve streamlining and automating processes, utilizing containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, and managing communication, risks, and escalations across various levels. You will also collaborate with technical leadership to align with broader technical strategies and ensure efficient delivery pipelines.

We require extensive experience, a minimum of 8 years, in software development with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, React, and Oracle. A strong understanding of modern application architecture principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming using Java is essential. Proficiency in microservices frameworks, event-driven services, and cloud-native application development is expected, along with practical experience in service-oriented and microservices architectures.

Full-stack proficiency, encompassing both front-end development with JavaScript frameworks like React, HTML5, and CSS, and back-end development using Java or Python, is crucial. Comprehensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS, particularly Oracle, is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and OpenShift is necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA, along with version control tools like GitHub Enterprise, is also important. Experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
