Key responsibilities include driving the software development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing solutions within an Agile framework. You'll engineer world-class enterprise applications, leveraging modern technologies and design patterns. Responsibilities also encompass contributing to technical standards, achieving goals in line with our technical strategy, and utilizing AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance efficiency and propose innovative approaches. Troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring effective communication and risk management are also integral parts of this role.

We require a minimum of 7-10 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java, React, Spring Boot, and Oracle. A solid understanding of modern application architecture, data structures, and object-oriented principles is essential. Proficiency in microservices, event-driven services, and cloud-native development is crucial. Full-stack capabilities, including front-end expertise with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) and back-end development with Java or similar languages, are expected. Comprehensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS, particularly Oracle, is a must. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven, Gradle), and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift) is required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like GitHub Enterprise is also necessary. Experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
