Seeking a Lead Senior Associate to drive technical ownership and excellence in Guidewire solutions. This role focuses on ensuring stable, scalable, and compliant Guidewire platforms. You will lead technical direction, uphold quality, and act as a key technical escalation point, guiding both senior and junior engineers.

Your expertise will be crucial in managing the technical aspects of Guidewire products, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and fostering operational accountability. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the reliability and effectiveness of our Guidewire ecosystem.

Take full technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, and digital platforms, including integrations and APIs. Lead solution design for complex, cross-module requirements, prioritizing out-of-the-box Guidewire capabilities. Govern solution designs and code for quality, establishing engineering standards and best practices.

Ensure integration architecture and implementation quality, meeting non-functional requirements like performance and scalability. Guide teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps. Drive root-cause analysis for critical incidents and own the reduction of defect leakage. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions and define delivery approaches. Mentor Guidewire developers, build technical depth, and promote the adoption of reusable components.

A minimum of 1-3 years of Guidewire development experience is essential. You should possess strong expertise across multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro) and significant experience with complex integrations and distributed systems. Proven ability to manage technical delivery across multiple teams or modules is required, along with a solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory contexts.

Experience in owning production stability and operational outcomes is critical. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and BU stakeholders. Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability tools is preferred.
