Join our Engineering as a Service team as a Lead Senior Associate specializing in Guidewire Integration. This pivotal role offers technical ownership of Guidewire solutions, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Beyond individual contributions, you will drive technical direction and quality for assigned areas. This involves guiding senior and junior engineers, serving as the primary technical escalation point, and fostering a culture of excellence. This position is key to maintaining robust and efficient Guidewire platforms.

Key responsibilities include technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across domains like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital platforms. You will lead complex solution designs, ensure maximum use of OOTB Guidewire capabilities, and collaborate with architects on enterprise alignment.

Provide technical leadership, govern solution designs and code, and enforce engineering best practices. You will support delivery planning, manage trade-offs, and ensure integration quality and non-functional requirements are met. Guide teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps practices.

Take ownership of production stability, lead root-cause analysis for incidents, and drive defect reduction. Collaborate closely with ADM, QE, and SRE teams for continuous platform improvement. Mentor Guidewire developers, build technical depth, and drive the adoption of reusable components.

We require 1-3 years of Guidewire development experience with strong expertise in multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro). Proven experience in managing technical delivery across multiple teams or modules is essential.

A strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory context is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate experience owning production stability and operational outcomes, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience with the Guidewire Cloud Platform, DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, and observability tools. Experience leading large-scale Guidewire programs or working in regulated enterprise environments is a plus.
