Requires 6-9 years of professional software development experience, with a strong backend focus using Java. Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and relational databases is essential. Experience with persistence frameworks like Hibernate/JPA, and strong SQL skills for database design and optimization.
