As part of a responsive team, you'll collaborate across the organization, providing recommendations and support from design through delivery. A strong emphasis on front-end development is crucial, requiring the adaptability to work with various codebases and paradigms to break new ground in user experience and application capabilities.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using a NodeJS/Express/React TypeScript stack, focusing on a Near-Real-Time reporting and visualization platform. Participate in planning discussions, create feature proposals, and engage in broader platform team collaborations. Work closely with engineering teams to enhance, maintain, and performance-tune big data pipeline infrastructure. Take on on-call rotations as an Incident Commander to manage real-time data incidents and coordinate engineering resources for timely resolution.

Contribute to the successful implementation of solutions for internal platforms and broader teams. Develop frameworks, environments, build systems, and tooling. Support platform-level visualization tools and unify disparate tools into a coherent application. Analyze existing technologies and future project execution options, contributing to project and platform architecture definition and proliferation.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of progressive experience in software development, including automated testing of front-end and back-end services. Proficiency in React within JavaScript/TypeScript is essential, alongside 5+ years of full-stack application development experience and a track record of delivering high test coverage using unit and front-end testing frameworks.

Demonstrated experience building cross-functional platforms (3+ years), application builds in infrastructure-as-code systems (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes), and development within CI/CD environments is required. Experience in performance tuning for large-data-set front-end visualizations is also key. Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to timely project delivery. Strong communication abilities and a highly motivated, self-starting attitude are essential.
