Actively mentor and support team members through code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and informal guidance. Enhance system observability by integrating metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence and champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile methodologies. Leverage automated tools, including AI, while strictly adhering to company policies.

A minimum of 4-8 years of professional software engineering experience is essential, with a strong command of Java and its associated frameworks like Spring Boot and ORMs.

Proficiency in ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or Angular is required, alongside a demonstrated willingness to acquire new technological skills. A solid understanding of relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, with expertise in schema and query design, is crucial.
