Your ownership will extend to leading development projects with multiple components and teams, setting the architectural direction to ensure scalability and maintainability. You will broadly influence product and project success, driving innovation and technical strategy with a material impact on business outcomes.

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer with over 7 years of experience, proficient in Java and JVM-based languages, and extensive use of Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Integration, and related frameworks. A strong understanding of the full SDLC, including CI, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation is essential. Expertise in event-driven architectures (EDA) with systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, relational databases (SQL, schema design, optimization), and API design (RESTful, event-based) is required. Familiarity with AWS cloud services, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0), distributed caching, enterprise integration concepts, observability tools, and object-oriented/functional programming paradigms is crucial. Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with experience in Agile environments. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
