This is a hybrid position based in Bangalore, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, offering flexibility alongside collaborative teamwork.

Design and implement scalable microservices and user interfaces for advertising platforms using Java and modern front-end technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and translate user stories into engineering tasks. Enhance system observability through metrics, monitoring, and alerting. Mentor team members through code reviews and guidance. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence and champion best practices in code quality and agile methodologies.

Leverage automated tools, including AI, in alignment with company policies.

We seek experienced software engineers with 4-8+ years of hands-on experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, alongside experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks. A strong foundation in relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms is crucial. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities are expected for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, cloud platforms like AWS, and modern DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with data streaming mechanisms like Apache Kafka is also advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
