Seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on expertise to join our Engineering as a Service team. This role involves the complete lifecycle of building and maintaining robust, highly scalable web applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from front-end to back-end. Build secure and performant RESTful APIs and microservices. Implement efficient state management solutions for complex applications. Manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimized queries and schema design. Contribute to critical architectural decisions and enhance system scalability. Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and Docker containers. Foster a culture of quality through mentoring junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development is essential. Proficiency in Python for backend development and modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular for the frontend. Experience in designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Strong database skills, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker). Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and uphold high standards of code quality.
