As a Sr. Workato Developer, you will lead end-to-end integration design, configuration, and testing. You will implement and deploy Workato-based solutions across the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Responsibilities include setting up Workato environments, translating business needs into technical designs, conducting field mapping, and ensuring adherence to integration best practices. You'll also manage testing, provide optimization support, troubleshoot issues, and estimate project efforts. Effective communication with stakeholders and mentoring junior team members are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking a candidate with 7-9 years of experience in Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) integrations, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workato experience. Proven success in implementing complex, scalable integration solutions is essential. Proficiency in real-time, batch, and ETL patterns, along with experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications, is required. You should be skilled in API management, web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL), SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language. Knowledge of SOA, authorization protocols (WS-Security, OAuth), and strong Workato technical expertise are also expected. A Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field is desired, along with relevant Workato certifications.
