Join our dynamic Engineering team as an IT Product Analyst, focusing on enhancing our Unified Communications, Telephony, Contact Center, and Subscription platforms. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery across customer-facing and revenue-generating systems. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities include translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for UCaaS, telephony, contact center, and subscription systems. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting issue resolution, root cause analysis, and solution design. This role involves managing end-to-end workflows across UC/telephony, CRM, CCaaS, and other integrated platforms. You'll partner with Product and Engineering for feature definition, UAT, and release validation, while also working cross-functionally on communication workflows and subscription lifecycle management. Defining and supporting reporting needs and maintaining functional documentation are also vital aspects of this position.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst supporting enterprise platforms. Hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), subscription/billing platforms, or integration tools is essential. Core skills include proficiency in writing business requirements and user stories, analyzing system and integration flows, supporting UAT and production issues, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective stakeholder communication within Agile environments. Preferred experience includes specific UCaaS/Telephony platforms, Salesforce Clouds, digital product environments, and messaging/automation/AI platforms.
