Join our dynamic Engineering, AI & Data team as an Assistant Manager, focusing on IT Strategy and Transformation Management Office. This role is for a strategic thinker who can bring consulting-level rigor to IT strategy execution, driving innovation and improving financial performance. You will be instrumental in modernizing systems and implementing new technology platforms, contributing directly to business growth.

Drive transformation programs with an outcome-oriented approach and develop insightful current-state assessments. Synthesize information from various workstreams into clear narratives for leadership, proactively identifying risks. Develop and maintain transformation playbooks based on industry best practices. Support operating model evolution, maintain up-to-date documentation, and benchmark against industry standards. Create reusable operating model playbooks for scalability and restructuring.

Prepare compelling executive reports and decks that communicate complex information effectively for steering committees and leadership updates. Anticipate leadership questions and develop supporting content, maintaining a library of best-in-class templates. Manage the intake process with a value-driven lens, prioritizing based on strategic alignment. Prepare governance materials that clearly articulate trade-offs and maintain portfolio views on capacity, investment, and strategic coverage.

We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally from firms like Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, or EY. Prior experience in technology strategy, IT operating models, or digital transformation engagements is essential.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with excellent structured thinking and visual storytelling skills, is required. A solid understanding of IT functions, including governance, demand management, portfolio planning, and vendor management, is expected. An AI-first mindset, actively using AI tools, and clear problem-structuring communication skills are key. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience in complex industries such as automotive or manufacturing is a plus.
